Vincent W. DeMarco is a commercial litigation associate. Vincent has appeared before the Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and in private arbitration. He has also appeared as a prosecutor before various administrative tribunals. Prior to joining the firm, Vincent was an associate at a leading national law firm, where he managed both firm and law student pro bono initiatives and obtained experience in commercial, civil and administrative matters.

Vincent received his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he represented Canada at the International Championship rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Competition. Vincent continues to be actively involved in the Jessup mooting community, and has acted as a judge at the Canadian National Rounds.

While at law school, Vincent held executive positions with the Legal & Literary Society, the Osgoode Community Enhancement Forum, the Osgoode International Law Society, and the Osgoode Society for Corporate Governance. Vincent also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and has continued to volunteer with Pro Bono Ontario. Vincent obtained his B.A. in Economics and Psychology with a minor concentration in Philosophy from McGill University.

Vincent is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations and the Advocates Society.
